Standard 2-man delivery
We will aim to deliver your purchase(s) within 3-5 working days. Once you’ve received your order confirmation by email, you’ll be contacted by our delivery partner. They will confirm the delivery date and a 3-hour time slot with you. If it’s not suitable, you’ll be offered an alternative date.
We will always deliver your mattress and/or bed frame to your room of choice – at no extra cost. You really don’t want to be trying to get a heavy mattress up the stairs on your own – our 2-man delivery service will handle it!
- Delivery is between 08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery is not available.
- Available for all mattress and bed frame purchases.
- Standard 2-man delivery is free to most UK mainland postcodes. Delivery to a remote postcode is a chargeable and may take longer.
- Remote Area 1: AB, IV, PH, PA, DD (£30 extra).
- Remote Area 2: TR, PL, TQ, CA, TD, EH, G, DG, KA, ML, FK, KY, LL, EX, LD, SA, CF and SY (£25 extra).
- Areas NOT covered: KW, PH35, PA20 (and above), IV16 (and above) plus all of the Northern Ireland postcodes. Delivery can be arranged via a third party for an additional cost (POA).
Pillow or Mattress Protector ONLY purchases
We aim to deliver these products to your door within 3-5 working days. We’ll send you an email with a tracking number in it so you can keep an eye on your delivery. A signature will be required on delivery. If you’re not in, you’ll be able to collect from your local Royal Mail depot.
Old mattress disposal
- Old mattress disposal can be selected at checkout (£40)
- Our delivery partner will arrange to collect this at the same time as delivering your new Idyll mattress. Once removed from your property, it cannot be returned.
